If you followed last week's Red Hat Summit announcement you know that we launched Red Hat Storage Server 2.0. Media reports have been quite positive, as you can see here (TechCrunch) and here (eWeek).
As part of this launch, we created a new page for Red Hat Storage under the banner "Liberate Your Information", which speaks to our deeply-held belief that your data should be accessible on your terms without compromising your business agility or subjecting yourself to the whims of a large storage vendor (and their very large prices).
The future of data is in open formats, available via a wide array of access points, and using open source software on commodity hardware.
